Returns

Our Commitment We stand behind the quality of the VAPIZO line. Because our products are consumable goods, we have a specific policy to ensure hygiene and safety.

1. Defective Items If you receive a device that is "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at infofrugt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a short video/photo of the issue.

2. Unopened Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items with broken seals.

  • Devices that have been used.

  • Clearance or "Sale" items.

4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
